Adult’s Social Worker, Older People’s Team, Bedford Pay rate £35 per hour Contract role – Older People’s Team Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Bedford This is to work in an Older People’s Team Duties include : Carrying out Care Act Assessments of Need Taking on role of Lead Investigator in S42 Enquiries Completing Mental Capacity Assessments Attending DST meetings with partners in Health Reviewing packages of care and long term placements Completing work required for Court of Protection applications There is plenty of hybrid working available.
