IT Support Specialist Level 2 with strong IT OT experience

⚙️ Industry: Manufacturing Work model: hybrid from Poznań - we are flexible in that matter, but there is 100% chance that the need to be onsite appear from time to time. We are open to 2-3 days/week onsite / people who’d like to come 1 whole weel/month in case of a bigger installation project. We’re looking for someone flexible in this matter, there can be a need to be onsite in case of some ad hoc needs. Project language: English ✈ Business trips: yes, occassionally - 1-2 times/year; the team supports the companie’s manufacturies globally ⏳ Project length: 12 months contracts prolongations; we’re looking for someone open to the long-term cooperation ⏰ Start: ASAP / Flexible - we’re looking for a good candidate - if you can start ASAP, that’s great, but if you have 3 months’s notice - we are ready to wait for you :) Rate: up to 125 zl/h B2B, we’re also open to UoP Responsibilities: Based on agreed OLA and SLA deliver support for issue resolutions: Support our L2 Factory Automation team with extra resources/capacity to ensure that we can handle all incoming incidents and service requests, within SLA. And work closely together with several L3 teams to ensure fast resolution and that the L3 teams deliver within agreed OLA’s. (current estimate is 3000-4000 hours a year) Setup of monitoring and monitoring of OLA’s, so that status can be reported monthly. Support our Manager of the Factory Automation team, with coordination and project management of above activities and any new that will be coming.
