As a front-line employee, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and satisfied while in our office. Job Summary Food and beverage managers plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, and other businesses that serve food and beverages. They require great customer skills while applying management skills to ensure the labour and financial goals of the organization are maintained. Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment and training of staff Organize, direct, and evaluate food and beverage service Shift scheduling Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback Purchase and control of inventory Monitor revenues and expenses Ensure practice of health and safety regulations Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc. Requirements: B2 level or above, good at oral and written English.
