Job As a Scrum Master, you will be at the heart of the agile organization, guaranteeing the correct application of Scrum & Agile principles. You'll help teams to optimize their practices, streamline communication between the various stakeholders and deliver high value-added solutions. Your tasks include You will Facilitate & lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospective). You will Support IT & business teams in their adoption of agile methodologies. Resposible of removing obstacles & improve productivity by optimizing internal processes. You will Drive continuous improvement to evolve the agile culture within the company. Profil Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and SAFe methodologies. You are fluent in French and in English, Dutch is a plus.
