Your role: As an ARM, you'll work closely with the Relationship Manager (RM), assisting with commercial and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist RM in opening accounts, handling customer inquiries, and managing contracts Step in as a key intermediary when the RM is unavailable Keep client files up to date and gather essential information Ensure high-quality communication and meet deadlines ⏰ What we need: Dutch: Native (mandatory) French: Basic proficiency English: Good level (written and spoken) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, or related field Experience in banking is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome Strong IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF) A commercial mindset with a passion for business Key Competencies: Independent, proactive, and results-driven Organized, disciplined, and customer-focused Strong communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment Location: Kortrijk (within walking distance from the train station) Why join us?
