Generous benefit package Profit Sharing paid 2x per year up to 8% 401K match 4% Profitable company Payroll Specialist Opportunity Overview: As the Payroll Specialist , you will lead the payroll function for up to 500 employees , ensuring accuracy and compliance. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing the entire payroll process for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations. They will work closely with the managed service provider, ADP/UKG, and the accounting team to maintain payroll records, process reports, and manage payroll-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Process weekly, biweekly, and special payroll accurately and on time, including overseeing deductions, bonuses, and salary adjustments. Administer employee benefit programs, including 401(k), vacation accruals, and healthcare benefits. Prepare and process payroll-related tasks for audits, including 401(k) audits, tax filings, and other required reports. Preferred Background: Proven ability to manage payroll for a sizable workforce. Expertise in ADP and/or UKG payroll systems. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus. Strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of payroll compliance.
