Housing Support Worker - South London

A supported housing organisation based in South London seek an experienced Housing Support Worker to work 30 hours per week across 4 days. Weekly client contact, assisting with tenancy management, budgeting, income maximisation, and addressing debt and rent arrears. Facilitating repairs, conducting property, and health and safety inspections, and ensuring regular review of risk assessments and support plans. Collaboration with external agencies, addressing antisocial behaviour, promoting well-being, and implementing harm reduction strategies are integral. Creating realistic housing move-on plans and managing tenancy breakdowns through referrals to relevant stakeholders. To be considered for the role you must experience in a similar role which includes experience addressing anti social behaviour, health & safety, tenancy management. 4 days across Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week 10am-6pm or 9am-5pm.
