Senior Contracts/Major Projects Lawyer - OUTSIDE IR35

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an interim senior contracts and major projects lawyer for a 4 rolling contract to cover their permanent recruitment. The role is fully remote and can be offered as outside IR35. The ideal candidate will: - Have at least 3 years PQE spent within local government - Be able to act as sole legal advisor on several major projects - Be able to advise on procurement matters within the construction category - Ideally be able to advise on subsidy control matters - Be familiar with the public procurement regulations - Have prior experience working with management.
