Suppier Management Specialist

We're seeking a Supplier Management Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our client, a leading financial services organisation. If you have experience managing supplier relationships within professional services, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact. Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid Working) Hours: 4 days per week (28 hours) What You'll Gain Hands-on experience managing a diverse supplier base, including professional services, technology providers, and consultants. Your Role You'll play a key role in supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management, working closely with internal teams. Responsibilities include: Implementing and embedding a supplier management framework across the business. Supporting supplier onboarding, due diligence, and governance processes. Maintaining accurate supplier records and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Supporting stakeholders with supplier reviews, KPIs, and issue resolution. Driving cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies. What You'll Bring Supplier management experience within a professional services environment. Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to assess contractual, risk, and compliance requirements. Experience working with data management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
