IT Technician

DCT Recruitment are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team in the Shotton Paper Mill Project in Deeside on temporary contract. Responsibilities: Provide on-site (Shotton & Chester) and remote IT support to employees. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. Install and configure computer systems and applications. Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems. Document and report on technical issues and resolutions. Assist with network setup and maintenance. Respond to service requests in a timely manner. Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of network setups and configurations. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours. Why Join Us?
