Architectural Project Manager

Our client, an architecture powerhouse, and a large multi-discipline firm is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team in Calgary working in their residential studio. With decades of experience in the industry & multiple award recognitions for sustainability, design, planning & development this is a special opportunity to make an impact on the built environment. hybrid opportunity Key Responsibilities: Be the point of contact between clients, contractors, and the project team to make sure that client relationships are maintained and address any potential concerns. Maintain a good understanding of the project scope, specifically with construction drawings and specification and be responsible for the monitoring the progress of the project. Oversee and manage the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets throughout all project phases. Develop comprehensive work plans for all disciplines, allocate hours, and monitor project progress. Maintain an understanding of the project scope and negotiate solutions when changes arise to meet client expectations and contractual obligations. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Architecture or Technical program. 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in multifamily construction. Solid understanding project accounting, strategic development, business development, project management and client management. Proficient in Revit and ProCore The successful candidate will receive a compensation package of $85-100K (dependent on experience) bonus, RRSP and 3 weeks’ vacation.
