Job Specification: Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing Location: Sheffield About the firm: A multi-accredited firm, established in Sheffield for over 200 years. As one of the leading conveyancing practices in the region, they have built an enviable reputation for forging successful professional relationships and providing exceptional client care. Role Overview: Due to an increase in instructions, they have an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing department, working alongside one of their directors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and progress purchase transactions under supervision. Prepare correspondence, forms, and documents in accordance with instructions. Manage a small caseload of sale files with minimal supervision. Facilitate the exchange of contracts. Prepare financial statements, SDLT submissions, and certificates for title for advance funds. Requirements: Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar conveyancing role. Good understanding and knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures. Exemplary client care and communication skills. Ability to professionally and proactively liaise with clients, estate agents, financial advisers, mortgage lenders, and other legal parties to transactions What We Offer: Opportunity to join a supportive and successful team.
