Conveyancing Assistant Surrey, full time £26,000 - £30,000 Permanent I am currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join the Residential Property team for a Legal 500 firm in Surrey. The Role: As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide support to our experienced conveyancers in managing residential property transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and contracts. Managing client communication and providing updates throughout the conveyancing process. Liaising with solicitors, clients, estate agents, and third parties. Preparing property searches, statements, and reports. Managing client files and maintaining accurate records. Undertaking general administrative tasks related to the conveyancing process. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role is desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
