Housing Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a large local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to hire a housing litigation lawyer for an interim 6 month rolling contract to cover a permanent recruitment drive. The role would require candidates to conduct advocacy (non-contested hearings) weekly and local candidates are encouraged to apply. The Role: - Covers a broad caseload of housing matters autonomously (possessions, ASBs, injunctions), - Requires a start date in ASAP, - Candidates will be considered from a private sector background, - Conducting advocacy in court (candidates must have prior experience with non-contested hearings), - Have two employment references available upon request.
