Your responsibilities Oversee and manage the full accounting process for the company Lead and supervise the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and controls Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations Provide guidance and support to the accounting team Employer requirements Proven experience in a senior accounting role, ideally in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations Proficiency in SAP (essential) Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities What employer offers Competitive salary and benefits Contract of employment Opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment Supportive and collaborative team
