Job Title: Field Sales Manager Location: Reading Job Type: Permanent Overview: Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Field Sales Manager with either agricultural experience or a strong passion for the industry to work across the Reading area. While a strong understanding of the products is important, comprehensive training at the CLAAS Academy, along with a tailored personal development plan, will be provided. What do I need? A valid UK driving licence is essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and colleagues. Experience in farming practices and agricultural machinery is highly beneficial. Must be adaptable and able to handle tasks flexibly while working both independently and within a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing workload effectively during peak times. Basic proficiency in IT is required. Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling a selection of high-quality agricultural machinery from CLAAS and other leading brands.
