Job Description
Practice Lead, Connectivity Reporting to the SVP, Platforms and Infrastructure you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining a highly available, large-scale access network and other connectivity services. You will drive strategic direction and manage a team who operates our corporate backbone that supports all Centrilogic services and business units, this is inclusive of MPLS routing, LAN/WAN services (including SD-WAN), vendor management, automation systems, and monitoring infrastructure. In this role you will work cross-functionally with other departments and teams, to support growth, maintain and optimize our operations, deliver services to internal and external clients. You will be responsible for the overall P&L (budget) for the Practice as well as driving transformation initiatives to realize our future state vision. Key Responsibilities: • Client Management - escalation point for all issues related to defined scope, PMO Lead is first escalation on all projects, SA Lead is first escalation on all operational issues (with escalation to the Practice for any technical / platform or more complex client management issues) • P&L Management - Profitability, aspects of forecasting (with inputs from Sales) o Revenue assurance for scope of services (in partnership with finance) ■ PMO responsible for project related revenue assurance ■ Practice responsible for their own MRR as part of operationalization as well as all associated costs o Allocation model to charge back to other teams (where applicable) • Sales Support – solution development and customization, client presentations (with support from Soution Architecture) • Product Lead - responsible for state of product catalog (PIM) including pricing, operational documentation, and sales collateral (with support from Product / Sales Enablement teams) • People Management - 1:1s, team meetings, present at P&I All Hands / Town Halls • Operational Improvement Plan - Efficiency and automation roadmap (12-18 months out) • Audit Compliance including asset management, vulnerability management, hardening/security standards, access and identity management (for systems owned) • Hardware / infrastructure plan and 3-year refresh / investment forecast • Management of all partners / contractors delivering Connectivity services both internally and to clients (including delivery oversight, governance and relationship management) • All contractual related matters including large / complex SOWs - best practices, ensure terms are back to back with partners etc (in partnership with Sales) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in connectivity, networking and infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and reliability. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
