What You’ll Be Doing Lead electrical system designs , including schematics, panel layouts, component selection, and integration. Develop custom control system architectures for PLC and HMI systems using Schneider & Allen Bradley PLCs. Perform electrical calculations for power, voltage, and control circuitry. Troubleshoot and optimize electrical and automation systems in production and field environments. Assist in the development of technical documentation , including RFQs, maintenance manuals, and project specifications. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise during proposal phases. Ensure compliance with CSA, ANSI, and North American electrical codes . You Need to Succeed ✔ 5 years of North American electrical engineering experience in machine design, industrial automation, EPC projects, or custom-engineered environments . ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering. ✔ Strong expertise in AutoCAD Electrical, PLC programming (Schneider, Allen Bradley), and industrial control systems . ✔ Experience with electrical codes & standards (CSA, ANSI) for industrial settings. ✔ Hands-on experience with custom industrial machine manufacturing, electrical troubleshooting, and construction site work . ✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects. ✔ Embedded controls & programming (C, C++, Python , Arduino, microprocessors) a plus Take Your Career to the Next Level This is your chance to join a world-class engineering team , work on custom-built industrial machines , and lead electrical innovation in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
