This company is at the forefront of an industry-wide shift towards sustainability and a growing demand for onshore production. With a strong presence in both manufacturing and large-scale warehouse automation, they provide cost-effective, sustainable injection molding , helping businesses integrate recycled materials into their products while optimizing storage and logistics. Driven by rapid expansion, my client is scaling its operations and seeking a Senior Account Executive to accelerate new business growth, expand client relationships, and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships. Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Generate self-driven leads to expand the client portfolio. Sales Process: Selling to procurement teams, project leads, engineers, VPs, and Directors (typically 3-4 decision-makers per deal). Goals: Land 6-8 new customers in year one while also growing existing accounts. Quota: $2.5M in revenue. Territory: North America (West Coast). Clearly communicate and position the company’s value proposition against competitors. Maintain organized records of sales activity within the CRM system to track progress and follow-ups. Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm. Stay informed on industry trends to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Minimum 3 years account management experience Minimum 5 years new business experience Proven track record in B2B sales , preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or sustainable solutions sectors. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles , engaging with multiple decision-makers . Experience selling regional and national accounts Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills . Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven . Passion for sustainability, innovation, and driving meaningful change . Bachelor's Degree is preferred Location Requirement Preferred Location: Lower Mainland, Canada Work Structure: Hybrid/Remote with flexibility Compensation Base Salary: $75,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $175,000 Commission Structure: Monthly commission with a quarterly bonus Why Join?
