O2C Service Delivery Manager Miejsce pracy: Wrocław Your responsibilities Constantly strives for gains in global O2C process consistency, standardization and effectiveness by process revision, trainings and execution, Proactively seeking best system solutions in O2C area for AmRest Group, Active participation in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA in O2C area Collaborating closely with local teams who manage local accounting transactions, controls and reporting, Identifying "non-negotiable" local process and system requirements, Designing processes and systems changes, and testing them, Implementing processes and system changes in AmRest markets, Leading and coordinating the process of detailed analysis of complex business process requirements (with local Finance Teams), Deep understanding of O2C processes at transaction levels across markets, Promoting continuous improvement mindset and drive cost efficiency. Our requirements O2C Expertise: About 7 years of experience in international roles, specializing in management, audit consulting, and process improvement within the O2C system domain, Educational Background: Holds a degree in finance or a related field, Global Services Acumen: Practical experience in global services, including a comprehensive understanding of roles and responsibilities, Experience in the sector: Experience in hospitality or retail business will be an advantage, System experience: Practical experience in SAP, especially in SAP S/4HANA implementation will be an advantage, Process Management Proficiency: Skilled in process mapping, analysis, and improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean, Transformation experience within Finance and Accounting including change management, systems and controls, Fluent in English: strong verbal and written communication skills, Open mind and agile attitude, Advanced Excel Proficiency: Skilled in multi-data analysis.
