Senior Project Manager (Logistics Fund) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Recruitment for We are seeking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Clients team and oversee investment projects related to the construction and management of warehouse and production facilities. Selected candidate will be responsible for the entire investment process, from planning and design through to execution and handover. Your responsibilities Managing the full life cycle of logistics investment projects. Coordinating project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors. Developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets. Overseeing the tender process and selecting contractors. Prepare, optimise and execute investment budgets Providing regular progress reports to CEO. Identifying and managing project risks. Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. Employer requirements Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus for experience in warehouse investments. A higher education degree in a technical field (civil engineering, architecture, or related). In-depth knowledge of investment process. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
