PMO Lead Miejsce pracy: Poznań Your responsibilities ensuring correct and timely settlement of the project; preparing of project calculations and financial forecasts, reports, summaries and presentations for project purposes; identification of deviations from the budget plan and their analysis; cooperation with other company units (including the finance and accounting departments). Our requirements minimum one year of experience in a similar position (experience in controlling will be an additional asset); preferred experience in leading small to medium-sized teams; analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and quick decision-making; very good communication skills and ability to work in a team; very good knowledge of German (B2/C1), both spoken and written, and good communication skills in English (B2); very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); minimum Bachelor’s degree (economic education preferred).
