Collections Team Leader Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Manage a team of collection specialists and monitor overall team performance, efficiency, and quality. Ensure implementation and adherence to agreed collection policies. Achieve cash collection and aging targets for receivables. Act as the first point of escalation for credit controllers. Lead process redesign to ensure improvements in the customer context. Our requirements Proven experience in C2C area and strong people management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries and escalations. Excellent negotiation skills that deliver the desired result. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office software, especially Excel. Education background in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics appreciated.
