RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Maintenance Programs: Develop and Maintain a non-routine surveillance framework for establishing trends to determine the top drivers Ensures all required tasks and procedures are properly scheduled and available to the maintenance organization. Ensures all new FAR maintenance program requirements are incorporated into the approved program. Analyze maintenance check data, optimizing intervals and creating proactive approaches to identify problems and solving for potential reliability concerns. Develop new product to produce trends and monitoring capabilities to ensure tasks performed are effective and have the desired outcome. Solve for when and how tasks are performed to ensure Deltas fleet is safe, reliable and compliant. Responsible for developing new programs for newly acquired aircraft and ensuring necessary maintenance tasks have been completed prior to the aircraft being added to Deltas Operations Specification. Hangar Demand Planning: Develop both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being. Have a team first attitude with the success of team and business partners as their top priority Lead a team of 5-6 Fleet Planners responsible for the successful build of hangar package visits while providing day-to-day guidance. Follows up on day-to-day maintenance requests / issues Ensures package creation readiness gates are met via Dashboards, and escalates constraints defined in those gates. Oversite of health/buffer on hangar packages Manages the fleet planner schedules to ensure operational support is maintained. Coordinates with line planning on items expiring prior to scheduled hangar visits. Review incoming scheduled visits for package quality at T-60 and T-45 Collaboratively work with partners in Engineering, Fleet Projects, Base Maintenance, Supplier Ops, Materials, Tooling, and Supply Chain. Drive process improvement, best practices, and lead new fleet planner training. OJT training (SCETPRE, Planner Work Bench, AA Management, Forecast Reports, etc) Promote development and growth of direct reports and broader organization ICs. Provides coaching and training opportunities based on lessons learned. Manage and evaluate late addition requests for assigned OEM team WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS): Engineering Degree (aerospace or mechanical preferred) or Airframe and Powerplant license with a minimum of three years aircraft maintenance experience 15 - 20 Years of work experience in Aerospace or Airline Industries is a must. Should have a technical knowledge of the aircraft, understanding of aircraft manuals technical instructions, production processes and regulatory maintenance program requirements. Knowledge of how to maintain and develop OEM qualifications of aircraft. Must be able to understand task requirements and be able to develop and workflow maintenance procedures that are safe, effective and compliant. Must have experience in analysis and substantiation of tasks and in the development and optimization of maintenance programs. Effectivecommunication skillswithbusiness and technicalmanagement,staff, and other partners. Work successfully across business units at all levels (front line to executive) and have effective presentation skills, be a successful mediator and problem solver, and build and maintain effective working relationships Embrace diverse people, thinking, and style Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of Delta systems - SCEPTRE, Hanger Work Bench, AMES, Empower Experience in Team Leadership: Managed, mentored, coached and developed teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment Experience in Resource Allocation, Capacity Planning & Resource utilization Experience in Performance Management by providing regular performance feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
