Azure Open AI Services & Data Analyst - NLP/Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities : - Proficiently utilize the Azure OpenAI API for various natural language processing tasks (e.g, text generation, translation, sentiment analysis, question answering). - Expertise in deploying and managing AI models within the Azure environment. - Deep understanding of different Azure OpenAI models (e.g, GPT, Codex) and their strengths/weaknesses. - Strong knowledge of text embedding techniques (e.g, Word2Vec, GloVe, BERT embeddings). - Hands-on experience with Azure Cognitive Search for vector search or other vector stores (e.g, FAISS, ChromaDB). - Ability to leverage semantic similarity and retrieval for tasks like recommendation systems, search relevance, and document clustering. - Expertise in fine-tuning pre-trained language models to specific tasks and datasets. - Deep understanding of few-shot learning and in-context learning paradigms. - Proven ability to craft effective and concise prompts for various AI tasks (e.g, text generation, summarization, question answering). - Familiarity with prompt design patterns and best practices for optimal model performance. - Experience in optimizing prompts for specific use cases and business objectives. - Proficiency in extracting structured data from various document formats (PDF, Word, images). - Experience with libraries like PyPDF2, python-docx for text extraction and manipulation. - Knowledge of layout analysis and content structuring techniques for efficient data processing. - Proficient with Azure Functions and Azure App Service for deploying and managing serverless applications. - Strong understanding of Azure storage solutions (e.g, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB) for data storage and retrieval. - Experience with other relevant Azure services (e.g Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics). - Strong proficiency in Python programming with a focus on data science and machine learning. - Familiarity with Python libraries for AI/ML (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Experience with data manipulation, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques. - Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices. - Experience with API development and integration using Python frameworks (e.g, Flask, FastAPI). - Understanding of API documentation and version control. - Proficiency in Git and GitHub for version control, code collaboration, and code reviews. - Understanding of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices. - Awareness of bias mitigation techniques in AI models and the importance of fairness and transparency. - Programming experience in C# and .NET. - Experience with client-facing communication and project management. - Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g, Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with MLOps practices (e.g, model monitoring, retraining, deployment pipelines). Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. - 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing. - Proven experience with Azure OpenAI Services and other Azure cloud technologies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
