Job Description : As a Java Full Stack - Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading development efforts, ensuring high-quality code, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while adhering to industry best practices. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and high standards. - Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices architecture. - Ensure API development and integration using RESTful APIs, and document them using Swagger/OpenAPI. - Implement authentication and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Keycloak, and Okta. - Manage and optimize relational cloud databases such as Aurora MySQL and PostgreSQL. - Work with message queues and event-driven architectures, especially Kafka. - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Monitor system performance and logs using Datadog. - Collaborate with project managers and product owners to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines. - Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively. - Work within an Agile development environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate with internal and offshore development teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Required Skills : - 9 years of development experience in Core Java & Angular. - 8 years of Experience in working with Angular, Bootstrap, Javascript / JQuery, HTML5 & CSS. - 8 years of Experience in working with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs & Microservices. - 8 years of Experience with relational cloud databases, particularly Aurora MySQL and PostgreSQL. - Advanced proficiency in security authentication technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Keycloak, and Okta. - Experience with message queues and event buses, especially Kafka. - Skilled in managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Proficient in API documentation using Swagger / OpenAPI. - Proficient in using Datadog for monitoring and log tracking. - Strong fundamentals - OOPS concepts, Exception Handling, Coding Standards, Logging. - Good knowledge on the best practices in coding. - Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. - Maintain high standards for code quality and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Ensure code is scalable, efficient, and well-documented. - Proven ability to effectively deliver results as required. - Work closely with project managers and product owners to define project scope and timelines. - Break down complex technical tasks into manageable work items. - Ensure that the team adheres to project deadlines and delivers high-quality results. - Ability to analyze requirements and troubleshoot problems. - Identify potential technical risks and work to mitigate them. - Good communication and analytical skills. - Collaborate, coordinate and work-ethics. - Passionate and quick learner. - Ability to work in a matrix team environment with both internal and 3rd party development teams (onshore / offshore).
