Building Surveyor

The client is a well-established independent Building Consultancy and specialises in varied services from residential to commercial projects. The company is going through an exciting phase of expansion and offers you first class training. The successful candidate can expect a varied workload with fantastic opportunities for progression. The successful candidate will be carrying out the following: Conduct building surveys and asset management surveys. Undertake pre-acquisition and technical due diligence surveys. Assist and manage construction contracts ranging from £(phone number removed). Specification of works, advising on appointment of contractors and acting as Contract Administrator. Create schedules of conditions and PPM schedules. Preparation and negotiation of dilapidations claims. Benefits: Salary up to £50,000 Bonus Scheme APC Support Company pension Hybrid working
