Location: Bristol Duration: 6 month rolling contract Rate: £450/day IR35: Inside - umbrella Our client is a leading railway contractor and due to an increase in their work bank, they are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bristol and assist with the delivery of a portolio of track works across the Western region. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparation and assessment of applications, valuations cost/value reconciliation, cost control and forecasting and contract management Requirements: ·Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working contractor-side on railway infrastructure projects. ·Experience in Cost Management & Contracts Management.
