Mechanical Project Manager

We are working with a well-established M&E contractor who are looking for a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, with a focus on sites based in London. The company, with offices in Essex, offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits. Key Responsibilities: Manage 2 to 3 mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Oversee all aspects of mechanical installation, from planning and design to execution. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow. Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality control. Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on project progress. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, ideally within the M&E sector. Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical installations, systems, and services. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to oversee teams and manage resources effectively. Contract Details: Location: London-based projects, Essex offices. Salary: £65,000 per year benefits. Start Date: Immediate
