Mechanical Project Manager Location: Manchester Project Type: Commercial Fit-Out Rate: £310 per day Contract Duration: April - October We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for a Commercial Fit-Out scheme in Manchester. This is a key project with one of our best business partners, involving the installation of new Air Handling Units (AHUs), ductwork, and VRV Air Conditioning packages. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the mechanical aspects of the commercial fit-out, ensuring all works are completed to specification and within the required timeframes. Manage subcontractors and coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth execution. Ensure the installation of AHUs, ductwork, and VRV systems meets quality and safety standards. Monitor project progress, costs, and timelines, and report regularly to senior management. Address and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise on-site. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably in commercial fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of AHUs, ductwork, and VRV Air Conditioning systems. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and teams. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
