M&E Project Manager

Role We are looking for an M&E Project Manager with a mechanical bias to join a student accommodation project based in South West London. The pre-construction phase is currently underway, with the project expected to go live in 6 weeks. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of the project. Ensure all works are completed to specification, on time, and within budget. Work closely with the project team and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Use computer software to track and report on project progress, budget, and timelines. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to address any issues and resolve them efficiently. Requirements: Previous experience as an M&E Project Manager with a mechanical bias, preferably in student accommodation or similar sectors. Strong computer skills and experience with project management software. Ability to manage multiple aspects of a project, from planning to execution. Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
