Maintenance Supervisor

A one-stop-shop that manufactures high precision components for an array of industries across the UK and overseas, is now seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor. This is a hands on role, where you will lead a small team of 3 by example. As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 2 Engineers and 1 Apprentice Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak) Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns Reading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate will – Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturing Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above) Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc) On offer - A basic salary of up to £50K Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
