Role Duties Responsible for a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases Run fast to multi track cases valuing to £150,000 Collecting evidence to support the claims Responsible for complex credit hire cases Handle a litigated caseload of RTA claims Drafting witness statements, court hearings and evidence You will join an award-winning, national law firm as a fee earner, responsible for a caseload of RTA to credit hire cases. Handling a caseload of motor accident claims, collecting evidence such drafting witness statements, court hearings and documents to add to litigated cases. This caseload is litigated and post litigated. Ranging from fast track to multi track cases valuing to £150,000 and more, from inception to settlement. To be considered, you must have a background in RTA to credit hire file handling. You must be able to handle a litigated caseload of fast-track cases.
