Mechanical Supervisor - Commercial Fit-Out Project Location: Stevenage Mechanical Value: £2.5 Million Contract Type: CIS Rate: £270 - £290 per day We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a Commercial Fit-Out project in Stevenage, with a mechanical value of £2.5 million. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team and oversee the mechanical aspects of a high-profile build. Key Responsibilities: Supervising mechanical installation works on site. Ensuring that the mechanical services are being installed in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. Liaising with the Project Manager to report progress, issues, and delays. Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality control. Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, preferably in commercial fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and regulations. Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively. CSCS card (Black/Gold preferred) and SMSTS or SSSTS required. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Contract Details: Start Date: Mid-March. Contract Basis: CIS. Rate: £270 - £290 per day (dependant on experience)
