As a long established they pride themselves on their loyal client base with repeat business time and again. Our client has a strong coverage of projects around the UK with package values ranging from £5 million to £20 million covering the residential and commercial sectors. About the Role Due to the on-going expansion of the company and awarding of new projects, our client is looking for a Health and Safety Lead to join their team to be based across 3 – 5 different sites across London. As the Health and Safety Lead you will be assisting in the day-to-day health and safety duties which will include: Developing and implementing the organisation's health and safety strategy. Setting health and safety objectives and performance targets. Conducting regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Communicating effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders on health and safety matters. About the requirements A NEBOSH or IOSH for this position is essential 5 years experience within construction Health and Safety Managers position ideally with a Civil, RC Frame or Groundwork subcontractor. About the Benefits and Rewards Salary range of £85,000 - £90,000 per annum.
