Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced technical services environment. Role Overview: Responsible for the effective delivery of statutory, preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance across the client's estate. Key Responsibilities: Ensure optimal performance and best value from Term Service Contract partners. Be an integral part of a team promoting accountability, compliance, and efficiency. Demonstrate a strong commitment to organisational values and professional behaviours. Candidate Requirements: Expertise in mechanical and electrical building maintenance and operations. Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations. Proven experience in delivering statutory, preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance. Strong ability to manage policies, maintain standards, and implement best practice processes.
