You will work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather relevant information and compile detailed cost analyses. A strong understanding of construction methods and materials, along with experience in NEC contract processes, will be essential for your success. Proven experience as a Civil Estimator within the construction sector. Strong knowledge of civil engineering methodologies and materials. Experience with NEC contracts and an understanding of groundworks or civils projects. Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
