Logistics and Procurement Officer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities Process and follow up on orders (ZAPPR) Run reports and analyze data (MRP) Manage inbound shipments and update ETA Assist with import receiving and documentation Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations Negotiate contracts and shipping rates with providers Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives Participate in stock takes (mandatory) What Were Looking For Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Buying Experience: 5 years in procurement/logistics 2 years in a supervisory/management role Skills & Requirements: Strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Must-Have: A valid drivers license If you're a detail-oriented, solutions-driven professional looking for your next career move, we'd love to hear from you
