This helps customers make informed decisions. Sales Process: Explains the benefits of different products, answers questions, and handles customer objections. Upsell or cross-sell complementary items like accessories or warranties. Order Processing: Once a customer has chosen a product, the salesperson will help them with the ordering process, including selecting colors, finishes, and other customizable options.
