Job Description

Robertson Wynmakery Landbou Koöperatief Beperk , situated in Robertson (Western Cape) , has the above position available for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. The ideal incumbent is an analytical, practical problem-solver with a proactive approach, excellent with planning of preventative maintenance, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for: all maintenance, projects and developments, research and budget management project management (design/planning/costing/execution) training of staff management of safety and fire teams management of workshop and workshop staff all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Matric required. A relevant technical/trade qualification essential; Minimum of 8 years experience in all facets of maintenance of processing facilities, equipment, vehicles and building in the wine industry; Good electrical and mechanical knowledge; Broad technical knowledge with a strong focus on safety standards, as set out in the Occupational Health and Safety Act; Good understanding of FSSC 22000 or HACCP; Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English); Computer proficiency (MS Office, Ezy Wine and Pragma).
