Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and accurate information. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. Sales Support: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the companys order management system. Assist in preparing quotes, sales proposals, and product recommendations. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Order Management: Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Track inventory levels and inform customers of availability. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales goals. Provide insights and feedback to improve processes and customer experiences. Administrative Duties: Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
