Legal Associate

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town, South Africa. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, analysing legal issues, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements; Liaising with the operational and trading teams to ensure that all necessary contracts are in place and up to date; Preparation and management of all inter-group agreements; and Assisting with any litigation matters K ey Competencies and Experience Ability to work in a high pressure, entrepreneurial environment; Excellent contract management skills Qualifications 2 - 3 years post articles experience either in a law firm or in-house position; Prior experience with commercial drafting; Mining industry experience will be an advantage
