Job Description Implementing, maintaining, and enhancing international HR IT systems, such as applicant tracking, learning management, and talent management applications. Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of HR IT tools with both internal and external systems/services. Diagnosing, resolving, and testing technical issues related to integration code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints, and providing solutions or workarounds. Ensuring the stable operation and support of relevant applications. Developing and evaluating technical specifications, coordinating with IT infrastructure, and conducting tests and documentation. Offering advice and working closely with international HR teams. Providing 2nd and 3rd level support. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field. Extensive experience in HR consulting, working with Employee Lifecycle HR IT applications, or integrating HR IT systems. Strong knowledge of interface and database technologies (e.g., XML, SQL, JSON). Proficient in supporting cloud-based applications, including requirements gathering, interfacing, and setup. Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SAP CPI). Ability to work independently and a solution-focused, service-driven mindset.
