Job Title: O&M Manuals & Training Manager We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to lead a team of experienced writers in producing high-quality operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring seamless interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team. Key Responsibilities: Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation; Ensure timely provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule; Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan; Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses; Develop an understanding of how customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful. Instructions: Review and implement customer feedback; Identify opportunities for process improvement, including new editor software, and coordinate the implementation and communication of these changes; Review operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors. Requirements: Integrity; Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team; Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system; Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, applications; International experience and ability to manage international projects.
