Job Title: Customer Service, Operations, and Tech Support Specialist Duration: 6-month W2 Contract Store Location: Naples, FL 34109 Pay Range: $25 - $31 HR on W2 Top Skills: Personality: Outgoing/extroverted Background: Experience in the wireless or tech industry is a plus Key Qualities: Empathy and excellent communication skills Work Schedule (Should be Flexible): 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch/break (40 hours per week) Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Store Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Responsibilities: Assist customers with billing and service questions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, floor managing, greeting and explaining products and services to customers as needed. Provide full and ongoing support for all facets of store operation, inventory processes, and merchandising. Place outbound calls to current Verizon customers via warm leads to promote our products and services. Interact face to face to enhance the customer experience, drive revenue, and reinforce the sales process through your passion. Consistently provide exceptional customer interaction experiences to meet our customers where they are. Must Have: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of work experience.
