Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with about 4 years of experience in the field of specialty within the renewable industry specific to PV projects. We appreciate experience in reporting, review, and solving of non-conformities. Consistently reduce risk margins and ensure quality compliance by conducting meticulous quality assessments and audits whilst maintaining detailed records on production reports and project progress. In this role you should: Lead quality for site execution and oversee the quality training program for all site personnel and visitors. Identify and share best quality practices across the site. Help prepare the quality plan. Review and approve the sub-supplier's quality plans. Maintain the issue register. Provide expert opinion on quality issues. Participate in quality reviews and produce quality reports as required. Participate in project meetings as required. Identify and advise of any issues and risks associated with the project. Support and interact with the engineer as well as the procurement and logistics resources. Manage to ensure the project works are executed and checked by the Quality Control Process (QCP). Administer, maintain, and control the project control documentation as well as all Company Client transmittal documentation. Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters. Verify that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards. Participate in the site's internal and external site audits. Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors. Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for as-built handover through the QC turnover engineer. Qualifications: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering background is mandatory. Quality Management Systems Audit is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and at least basic English. Experience in reporting, review, and solving of non-conformities.
