More information can be found on the corporate website: www.cnhindustrial.com KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, implement and improve Corporate programs, activities and initiatives aimed at preventing Accidents, complying with applicable regulations and drive Safety performance Ensure all incidents are reported from all areas of site business, ensure investigations are led by line management (root causes, corrective actions) Lead the introduction of Corporate Global Safety Standards within the local Organisation Ensure adherence of Corporate H&S requirements and local legal requirements to the local Operation Maintain, coordinate and track until yearly completion the Corporate Compliance Calendar Lead Corporate Management of Change process (equipment installation/modifications, chemical substitution, plant start-ups, capital projects, etc.) Lead and maintain Certification Program of ISO45001, also promoting new site certification Sustainability activities: establish and review the local annual EHS improvement plans, set up objectives and targets on H&S matters Lead site Risk Assessments, Safety Observations and Safety Inspections programs Develop and maintain external contacts with a contracted professional H&S consultant to be up to date with local legislations, to carry out regular trainings, to ensure obtaining a regularly updated, complex, comprehensive risk assessment for the entire local Operation Carry out Gap Analysis: support, management and follow up the corrections to meet compliance Have a good working relationship with the Enforcing Authorities Support Corporate H&S Compliance Audit Program; set up corrective actions against gaps and findings as identified; help and follow up the implementation of corrective action plans Ensure (with external consultancy support, if necessary) key trainings are carried out, (e.g. Induction/Orientation; Lockout/Tagout; Confined Spaces; Work at Heights…) Health programs implementation and development KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years' experience in HSE management Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Supply Chain Industries: Machinery Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr
