Job Description

We are currently looking for a Commissioning Engineer for our EPC Department based in Fano (PU) . The Specialist is responsible for managing the discipline activity during project execution or Bid phase ensuring that corporate and project procedures are correctly applied and that project deliverables are issued according to the schedule and within approved menhours budget. Duties: Review and comment of technical annexes included in the contract; in case of discrepancies, mistakes or deficiencies in the documents, develop a list of clarifications/comments to be submitted to the respective Discipline Coordinator/Lead and subsequently to the PEM; Prepare the applicable standards and technical specifications if they are not included in the contract technical documentation; Attendance in relevant meetings such as kick-off meetings and project review meetings; Produce and act as discipline approver for the Commissioning project deliverables list, including checks required by the other disciplines; Check subcontracted discipline engineering documents and Vendor information reviews; Establish and maintain effective interface between the commissioning project team and other disciplines teams, Project Management, and Client representatives; Provide assistance during procurement, construction, and commissioning activities; Monitor design discrepancies between detail phase and bidding phase (quantities and equipment dimensions); Ensure technical support during bidding phase and men-hours estimation; Responsible for developing the 3D Model specific area and support to the 3D Model Coordinator according to 3D Model Procedure. Requirements: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. 5 years of experience in the field of Mechanical, E&I, and Rotating for Oil & Gas, Power Plant industry as a Commissioning Engineer. Availability to work abroad. Fluent in English.
