We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our EWC (Ecolab Water for Climate). The Implementation Manager is responsible for the execution of the projects that are covered in the roadmap and agreed with division brewery management. The Implementation Manager will lead the projects, facilitate the necessary resources and equipment on time, and report the progress on a weekly basis to the EWC and local team. The Implementation Manager will spend all of his time on site at the brewery. Responsibilities: Prepares the implementation schedule based on the provided roadmap with a detailed description of activities (by week), timelines, internal and external resources, and equipment installation. Prepares and communicates the quarterly projects overview connected to the performance-based fees. Leads and coordinates the projects agreed for that quarter. Is responsible for the timely implementation of the agreed projects. Manages the necessary support by the brewery on time. Communicates weekly with the Ecolab contract manager regarding project progress. Reports project progress to brewery management on a monthly basis. Is responsible for sign-off of projects. Raises issues on time and participates in exploring possible solutions. Documents delays and root causes timely and precisely. Requests timely help in case of conflicts, progress blockers, etc. Supports the regional CAM team with invoicing of the agreed fees. Be available to answer questions about the projects from the brewery at first contact. Able to explain the principles of the agreement to external stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in project management, preferably in the brewing-beverage industry (or similar). Technical education like chemical or mechanical engineering, food technology, MBA, or similar. Able to speak and report in English. Affinity with food processing and quality management. Clear communicator (written and verbally) to internal and external (brewery) stakeholders at different levels (shop floor, experts, brewery management). Works in a structured way and reports transparently. Able to manage and coordinate activities performed by brewery employees. Delivers results on time and in full. Understand Ecolab's value proposition for industrial customers. Knows how to gather the right information from other experts and the commercial team. Can work under time pressure.
