We are offering a Fast-Track Graduate Program for Process Engineers in Europe, starting in September 2024. The 6-month program is aimed at ambitious new graduates looking for an exciting career in the semiconductor industry. In this role, you will have the potential to accelerate your career and acquire insight into different areas while building a valuable international network. Upon completion of your training, you will be located in either Grenoble (France), Agrate Brianza (Italy), or Dresden (Germany), which are vibrant hubs for the semiconductor industry in Europe. An Applied Materials Process Support Engineer stands for: Process Support Engineers (PSE) are customer-facing and play a key role in completing the “Product Life Cycle,” from concept to qualification and everything in between. They partner with our R&D teams and work directly with customers in their fabs to develop solutions that drive the semiconductor industry forward. PSEs work across technologies such as Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal, Implant, Metrology, and Inspection. Our Trainee Program includes: Theoretical and practical knowledge transfer, as well as international placements at our newest production sites in the USA, Asia, or Europe. Training on-the-job and guided tasks to gain experience as a Process Support Engineer, supported by a local buddy, team colleagues, and managers. We are looking for you: You are graduating with a Master’s or PhD degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field, or you have graduated recently.
